VOLUNTEERS
Thank you to all who have helped out at past events. The ceremony could not go on without the passion you have for this cause.
POTENTIALS
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, contact our volunteer Coordinator, Judy, at judyalt@gmail.com.
Current open positions:
Media Manager- this person has experience with PR, media contacts and other publicity.
Time Commitment: About 3-5 hours per week
Silent Auction Chair- this person needs to seek big ticket donations from local san diego companies for the silent auction.
This person needs to be well spoken but aggressive. They also need to be at the actual event and stay the whole time- and make sure
the bidder recieves their item.
Time Commitment: About 3-5 hours per week
Office Assistants- need to be available once or twice a week to help with mailings, and phone reservations.
Time Commitment: About 8-10
hours per week
Day-of Volunteers- need to be available on the day of the event to help set up, check in guests, and assist with other various tasks.
Time Commitment: March 28th, 2009 from Noon to 8pm
